Ingredients
- 1 medium bunch kale, center ribs and stems removed
- Kosher salt
- A few cloves garlic, crushed
- ¼ cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup walnuts (or pine nuts), toasted
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon (or more) fresh lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until desired consistency. To serve with pasta, stir in a ½ cup pasta cooking liquid and toss to coat.
